The Supreme Administrative Court overturned the decision to liquidate the bank “Forum”

The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine satisfied cassation of Yernamio Consulting LTD against the decision of the Fund Deposit Guarantee (DGF) the elimination of “Forum”. The decision was taken by the court on Thursday, 22 January. The Court noted Yernamio Consulting arguments and upheld their decision to abolish the executive management DGF approval of the settlement plan withdrawal from the market of PJSC “Bank Forum”, revocation of license and subsequent liquidation. Thus instance found that the decision to liquidate the bank DGF was taken from violations and unlawful.
